As we all know, this Sunday night, the Mexican athlete won the Miss Universe crown in the middle of the pandemic, but her triumph was something that was already expected, since the young woman was among people’s favorites to win the title of the most beautiful woman in the world.

THE THIRD MEXICAN TO WIN

Andrea Meza won the 69th edition of Miss Universe, thus becoming the third Mexican to win the crown of the maximum beauty pageant, this after Lupita Jones and Ximena Navarrete deserved the laurel in 1991 and 2010, respectively.

The last phase of the maximum beauty contest also had the participation of Kimberly Jiménez Rodríguez; from Dominican Republic; Janic Maceta del Castillo, from Peru; Adline Castelino, from India; and Julia Gama, from Brazil, the latter with whom he had to contest the crown until the last moment.
