After he was arrested in El Paso, Texas by the authorities, who had been looking for him for two weeks, Luis Alberto Aguilera Jr, the adopted son of Mexican singer Juan Gabriel, gives an interview where he reveals whether he had an affair with his own dad.

After showing the official birth certificate confirming that Luis Alberto Aguilera Jr. was Juan Gabriel’s son, the first-born of the author of songs such as Amor Eterno El noa noa and Yo no nací para amar was told that Mr. Alberto Gómez said that the singer abused his son and even that they had a romantic relationship.

“I met the man (referring to Alberto Gómez) several years ago when he was dealing with the book and all this. He invented all this with Mrs. Silvia (Urquidi) and he told the man to make sure that he knew me as a child because I don’t remember meeting him as a child when my dad took me to school and all that and he signed minutes and everything.»

In another part of this interview, and with obvious annoyance, Luis Alberto Aguilera Jr said that, all these rumors that have come out about him having an affair with his own father have affected him greatly. Now he will reveal things that his father asked him never to tell. He was asked what he was referring to and so he replied:

“Like intimate things, my dad’s private life, which I preferred to look the other way. We all know that this is already very common. If he is such a friend of my dad (again referring to Alberto Gómez) he should not be talking or messing with the family or speaking ill of Iván (son of El Divo de Juárez) also, that I think that Iván does not even know him.

He was asked if he had a romantic relationship with Juan Gabriel

Again, and to clarify this issue once and for all, Luis Alberto Aguilera Jr. was asked if he had a romantic relationship with his own father, Juan Gabriel, and he replied: «Never… I’m super upset, traumatized, and I plan to sue him because I have a daughter and that it’s not right. If it were like that, my dad wouldn’t take me to school.

The interviewee shared that he was always his spoiled, because his dad took him to his concerts: «And the houses he bought me and all that and Jas Devael knows me and he knows that I know him as his ex-boyfriend. I turned around to the other side. I left him with his other friends, in bars of that type and he told me to pick him up at one or two in Santa Monica and I respected his private life.”

At the end of the interview, where he made it clear that did not have an affair with his own father and that he even plans to sue the person who said all this, Luis Alberto Aguilera Jr revealed that he had fights at his school over gossip about his famous father, Juan Gabriel: «I became very rebellious and we defended my father and all that.»

“We did not understand it well, we did not accept it… it’s upsetting… At 18 I was already married, my father made me get married at 18. I didn’t see him that much, he left me with my compadre, he worked on tour.
