6 cups of corn, tender, shelled
4 tablespoons lard, at room temperature
· 50 grams of butter
· 1 tablespoon of salt

2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
Enough of totomoxtle leaves, soaked in hot water
To taste of sour cream, to serve

1. First, place the corn kernels in the processor for 2 minutes and after processing, proceed to put them in a container and reserve.
2. Next, beat the lard and butter, add the salt, sugar and baking powder, mix until incorporated.
