In California, the Golden State Stimulus Check II is in operation
In California, the Golden State Stimulus Check II is in operation. It is for residents of the state with incomes of up to $75,000 per year and people who do not have social security but have ITINs. Approximately 9 million people are eligible.
The Golden State Stimulus Check awards $500 or $1,100 to its residents and $600 to those who benefited from the first round. The next round of checks will be mailed beginning November 29. These checks will go to qualified individuals who did not receive direct deposits and who live in a ZIP code ending between 585 and 719.
Maryland is one of the most generous states
Maryland was one of the most generous states in terms of coronavirus aid payments. In Maryland, families will receive their tax refunds with an increase for those who have two children and an annual income of $25,000.
The state awards a stimulus check between $300 and $500 for those who claim an earned income tax credit. In addition, about $700 million was set aside for farm workers and meat packers.
In Florida, frontline staff and educators will be the primary beneficiaries
In the state of Florida, frontline staff and educators are eligible to receive the stimulus check. The state also approved a bonus for police officers. In Florida, the pay is $1,000 for eligible workers.
These one-time payments for Florida workers are a “thank you” to those who stepped up during the pandemic. Governor Ron DeSantis said that 175,000 teachers and 3,600 principals will receive the approved stimulus check.
