El Mencho’s daughter involved in the disappearance of Navy officers
Everything seems to indicate that the Navy officers who were kidnapped were mistaken by the drug trafficker’s daughter, believing that they were operational personnel in charge of tracking down the members of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG). For this reason, she ordered their capture after the arrest of her mother.
It was last Tuesday, November 15, when the disappearance of the Navy officers was reported, they were kidnapped supposedly by Mencho’s daughter and son-in-law. Both were last seen in their vehicle in a Walmart parking lot in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.
Mencho’s daughter ordered the capture of Navy officials outside a Walmart
The events occurred when the partner of Laisha Michelle Oseguera González, daughter of Rosalinda González Valencia and Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, identified as 24-year-old Christian Fernando Gutiérrez Ochoa, was in the supermarket making some purchases when the Navy officers arrived at the store.
A member of the Mexican Navy Secretariat entered the Walmart to buy some items, while a driver corporal and the second Infantry Master were waiting for him in the parking lot. Both sailors disappeared along with the vehicle they were traveling in.
Did El Mencho’s daughter order the capture of the Navy officers out of revenge?
According to the latest investigations by local authorities who are looking for the Navy officers, it might have been a possible retaliation, motivated by the arrest on Monday of Rosalinda González Valencia, alleged financial operator of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG).
It is worth mentioning that the kidnapping of the Navy officers happened just a few hours after the wife of the drug trafficker known as El Mencho was arrested. We are talking about Rosalinda González Valencia. The re-apprehension order was due to the fact that she stopped going to sign to the court, breaching her unconditional release, according to Debate.
Authorities continue the search. They blame Mencho’s daughter for the disappearance of the Navy officers
Due to this, the Jalisco state prosecutor, Gerardo Octavio Solís Gómez explained that when they learned of the kidnapping of the Navy officers, they immediately sent investigators to find their whereabouts. This was also supported by the Zapopan police.
As of this Wednesday, no information has been obtained on the missing officers: “At that time they were not investigating. The search for the Navy officials continues. We hope to have more progress as soon as possible,” declared Solís Gómez at a press conference.
What did the military do when they were kidnapped?
In an apparent attempt at ‘revenge’, Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias ‘El Mencho’, of the CJNG, allegedly kidnapped two soldiers. This was after the arrest of his wife Rosalinda González Valencia became known. The information had begun to circulate in social media and was published by TN8 Nicaragua and Reforma Agency. It should be remembered that Rosalinda González Valencia was arrested in Mexico and a video was even leaked in which security officers participated in the operation.
After Rosalinda’s arrest, two soldiers were reported missing in Zapopan. The events were recorded at 11:30 p.m. on Monday, at the intersection of Avenida Aviación and Santa Margarita. According to information from the municipal police, a soldier got out of a white Jeep truck to enter a store but when he returned, the vehicle and the crew were gone. According to unofficial sources, they were kidnapped in retaliation for the capture of the wife of “Mencho” from the CJNG.
