  • The preparation

  • Step 1: Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl; add whole milk and egg. Work until the ingredients are well incorporated, finally add the chocolate in small pieces.
  • Step 2: Transfer the mixture to a greased container and cover, rest the dough for an hour until it doubles in size. Put the dough and roll it out to a thickness of 1.5 cm to form the donuts and cut them. Rest the donuts again for 15 minutes until they double in size.
  • Step 3: To fry the donuts, heat enough vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Dip the donuts in the hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes. Squeeze the excess oil onto an absorbent napkin.
  • Step 4: Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the bacon slices until golden brown. Let cool and cut the bacon into pieces.
