Chocolate Cereal Skulls (RECIPE + VIDEO)

The candy skulls They are traditional for the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead; They are usually made of sugar or chocolate, but this recipe gives you a different option, since you can use any cereal you have at home. These cereal skulls are easy, fun, and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- to taste of vegetable coloring, blue, pink, yellow, purple, etc.
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate
- 4 cups corn flakes
- enough of colored sugar
- enough of organic marigold, petals

The preparation
- Step 1: In a container or bowl, mix the icing sugar with the lemon juice; Divide the icing sugar mixture into hermetic bags and add different coloring to each of them, close and rub with your hands to mix; the tone can be as intense as you want, so the amount will depend on you, then reserve.
- Step 2: Melt the dark chocolate and the white chocolate.
- Step 3: Add the melted dark chocolate to half of the cereal and mix until completely covered; repeat the step with the white chocolate and the other half of the cereal and reserve. Later, smear a little oil on your hands and place a large spoonful of cereal on them.
- Step 4: Mold the skull with your hands, manipulating what is necessary to achieve it. Refrigerate.
- Step 5: Once the skull is cold, finish shaping it with a thick stick that you have at home.
- Step 6: Decorate with the colored glaze, marigold flower petals and colored sugar.
