Days after the death of Lupita Elizondo, a reporter for Primer Impacto, was made known due to a sudden heart attack, her husband Manuel Ortiz breaks the silence and shares more details of his death.
Through the official account of Instagram of this Univision program, where they have been harshly criticized for asking for help with the journalist’s funeral expenses, a video was shared that to date has more than 220 thousand reproductions.
Visibly affected, Manuel Ortiz, who was the person he found without lifetime Lupita Elizondo’s body after arriving from work, confessed that she does not have much to say, but that “now she has an angel in heaven that shines on her.”
According to Manuel, Lupita got up that day to prepare the breakfast, and when he went to work, she returned to her bed with her pets.
Lupita Elizondo’s passion was journalism
During more than 20 years of her career, Lupita Elizondo interviewed great personalities from the entertainment industry, including the Puerto Rican singer and actor Ricky Martin in his early days, when she worked at a radio station in her hometown, Monterrey, Nuevo León. , in Mexico.
For his part, Óscar de la Rosa, vocalist of the musical group La Mafia, was incredulous at the death of the Primer Impacto reporter, whom he described as a humble and very pretty person.
“He called me on Friday, he wanted to talk a few things and we agreed to do an interview today. Lupita Elizondo, a reporter for Primer Impacto, was a pet lover and had 11 puppies, most of them rescued from the street.
The last interview he conducted was with the influencer Poncho De Nigris, with whom he chatted on various topics, including life and death.
“He asked me a question, if he was afraid of dying, apparently he asked me that, from what I remember, and I told him that I was more afraid of not living and just existing.”
To Tony Dandrades’ question that if he believed that Lupita Elizondo foresaw her death, Poncho De Nigris replied as follows:
