Kelin Mirei Pacheco White was shot to death by her husband, Dwayne Lee White, after a vicious marital quarrel. The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO), in Virginia, announced the arrest of the 41-year-old man charged with the murder of his 38-year-old wife.
