Kelin Mirei Pacheco White was shot to death by her husband, Dwayne Lee White, after a vicious marital quarrel. The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO), in Virginia, announced the arrest of the 41-year-old man charged with the murder of his 38-year-old wife.

On the morning of Monday, July 19, 2021, an African-American man entered the headquarters of the Staunton Police Department (SPD) and asked to speak to a detective.
