José Javier Rodríguez Escobar, Víctor Lazo and Christopher Hernández Velázquez have just been arrested after the alleged home invasion of a Hispanic family in Georgia. According to the report from the Hall County authorities, this perverse trio entered a home without permission brandishing guns.

The incident occurred on the afternoon of March 27 in a home in the city of Gainesville, Georgia. The three suspects entered through the front door with guns in hand, clearly showing that they were ready and more than willing, to respond with violence to any attempt at self-defense by the victims.

Jessica Van, the police spokeswoman for Gainesville, declared through a statement to the press that the victims in this case were waiting for some guests who had been expected to visit that day. Because of this, the armed thugs took them completely off guard and when they knocked on the door, the family opened it without hesitation.

Seeing that they had a clear path ahead of them, the three boys immediately entered with guns in hand and threatened the residents. They proceeded to take several pairs of shoes, wallets and handbags, speakers, cell phones, video games and other electronic devices. Filed Under: Chronicle Hispanic trio steal.

Fortunately, the victims were able to provide plenty of information to local authorities about the criminals. This allowed investigators to issue an arrest warrant for the owner of a car allegedly involved in the robbery. The vehicle was discovered by chance in another location.

A Roswell police officer entered an apartment complex while patrolling the area. He noticed the Honda Accord that his colleagues in Gainesville were looking for, so he called for backup. Four more uniformed officers arrived at the scene in a matter of minutes and surrounded the car. Filed Under: Chronicle Hispanic trio steal.

The police surrounded the car with weapons in hand because they knew the thieves were armed. Luckly, the three individuals they were looking for were in the car and surrendered without incident.

The first to get out was the driver and owner of the car, 22-year-old José Javier Rodríguez Escobar. Then 21-year-old Víctor Lazo got out of the passenger seat. Finally, sitting in the back seat of the car, another boy identified as 22-year-old Christopher Hernández Velázquez. All of them were Roswell residents. Filed Under: Chronicle Hispanic trio steal.

The three defendants were arrested on the spot and when police searched their vehicle, they found a gun hidden under one of the seats. None of the boys admitted to owning or carrying the weapon. They were charged with home invasion with the intent to commit armed robbery.

They were held in the Hall jail without bail due to the seriousness of the charges they face. The three will have to wait in jail until their trial, which could take several months. If found guilty, they could spend several decades behind bars. Thanks for reading my story today at Mundo Hispanico. Until next time. Filed Under: Chronicle Hispanic trio steal.
