According to the agents of the HPD Homicide Division just after midnight and 12:25 in the morning of last Friday, October 1, 2021, the Guatemalan immigrant Dimas Gabriel Tiul Choc, 46, was drinking alcohol along with his brother Otto Leonel Tiul Choc, 28 years old.

The brothers Dimas Gabriel Tiul Choc and Otto Leonel Tiul Choc were surprised and tried to escape the armed robbery. However, the African-American man who attacked them upon seeing the reaction of the two Tiul Choc brothers fired several shots from his weapon at the two brothers.
