A man who stormed the United States Capitol while sporting face paint, no shirt and a furry hat with horns that resembled a ‘Viking’ costume was booked into a Virginia jail Thursday after a federal judge ordered to the authorities to provide you with organic food while you are in custody.

Jacob Chansley was transferred to the Alexandria detention center after his attorney argued that his client had gone nine days without eating because organic food was not served in the Washington jail.

A judge ordered prison officials to provide the special diet, The Associated Press reported.

In the mugshot published by the Alexandria jail in Virginia, Chansley known as ‘QAnon Shaman’ or the Viking of the Capitol as they refer to him on social networks, he looked practically unrecognizable without all the paraphernalia with which he starred in the photos of the attack on January 6.

Chansley lost 20 pounds since he was flown from Arizona to Washington last week, he told the judge his attorney, Albert Watkins.

Photographs of federal inmates are difficult to obtain, according to Law and Crime, who posted the photo.

In 2016, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals held that suspects can assert their privacy interests by reserving photos.

Most of the judges in that case ruled that the mugshots “convey guilt” and “haunt the represented individual for decades,” the outlet reported.

QAnon Shaman, considers that eating organic food is part of his “belief system and shamanic way of life,” said the lawyer.

On Thursday, US District Judge Royce Lamberth said that the US Marshals Service told the court that the District of Columbia Department of Corrections had asked that he move to Chansley because they could not comply. with the court order to feed him organic food.

The judge said jail officials in nearby Alexandria could adapt to the special diet.

QAnon Shaman was charged with civil disorder, obstruction, disorderly conduct and other charges for his role in the riot on Capitol Hill in early January.

He was among a group of hundreds of pro-Trump supporters who attacked the outnumbered cops and stormed the Capitol. while Congress met to vote and certify Joe Biden’s electoral victory.

Chansley told investigators that he arrived at the Capitol “at the request of the president that all ‘patriots’ come to DC on January 6,” according to court records.

The FBI identified Chansley from images taken during the riot that showed his distinctive tattoos.

Chansley was inside the Capitol and on the Senate floor while carrying a United States flag on a pole topped with a spear. Authorities said he also wrote a threatening note to then-Vice President Mike Pence.
