A Tiktok video has emerged to clarify the situation.

The TikTok video drew attention with comments saying: «Give it a break, find out well, yes she is alive.»

In January, rumors began circulating that Ana María Polo drowned on a beach in Miami.  People even shared posts with her photo accompanied by a black bow, which is a sign of mourning.

The Cuban lawyer denied the rumors. “More alive than ever! #HeDicho #CasoCerrado #AnaMariaPolo,» she wrote in Instagram.

The forceful message was accompanied by a photo of Dr. Polo with brightly colored fireworks going off behind her.

Apparently that was not enough and she ended up joining TikTok, where she now posts funny videos.

In just a few days, the presenter already has more than two and a half million followers.

«Hello friends! This is my official TikTok account. We will be posting nice things to have fun for a while!” she wrote in her first post that already has 3.6 million likes.

Her other two posts are more fun. In the second, she is dancing to ‘Ay Rico Rico Rico’ by the Colombian singer Luigy Boy and says: “I told you that we are going to have fun here! Have a good time #ricorico #HeDicho #CasoCerrado #AnaMariaPolo.”

In the last post she wrote: «Of course, they have a conflict, they bring me the case and then they say that I judge them … #HeDicho #CasoCerrado #AnaMariaPolo,» along with a small clip in which her face moves pretending to be a robot.

If you want to follow Dr. Polo on Tiktok, verify that the account is @anapolotvoficial as you will find dozens of accounts with information about the Cuban host, but they are not her.

But it is not all. Recently, Dr. Polo was again in the eye of the hurricane after a media outlet wrote: «Ana María Polo in love with detective Frank Peñate.»

She, on the other hand, was shared a photo herself, in which she’s allowing herself to be kissed by her ‘lover’.
